The main advantage of photography using a remote controlled helicopter is that it is possible to fly low and close to a property being photographed - even as low as roof level. As a result the images are well lit, and show depth, detail and perspective. We can also fly as high as 300 feet, and record an extensive property's perimeters and vistas.

Another unique benefit of our service is that anyone can come along and view the photography session through a wireless downlink system.. This process ensures that Birds Eye Aerial Photography captures the images you want in the manner you want them photographed. If the lighting conditions aren't right during photography, we can simply land and take a break until the optimum conditions reoccur.

Birds Eye Aerial Photography uses the highest quality photographic equipment to capture the precise image that best presents the subject at hand.We use a high-resolution 12-mega-pixel Canon digital camera to produce the still photo images.

Included in the standard photo shoot are at least 20 - 40 photo “proofs” which will be posted in an online photo gallery. The customer will choose five images from among this selection to be edited. Our imaging specialist will edit these pictures per customer instructions using the latest Photoshop programs. These alterations might include image enhancement, removing people or cars, fixing the landscaping or adjusting lighting, property outlining, or other modifications. The final digital images will be sent to the customer on a CD/DVD, which will be suitable for use in magazines, flyers, brochures and the Multiple Listing Service.

And because we give you more unique photos of each property you can advertise repeatedly without having pictures look the same. And you can recieve your photos the same day if you have deadlines to meet. Our competitors often make you wait in order to accumulate multiple photography shoots so their flights can be cost effective.
